CANCELLATION / COVID POLICY
Please give us 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel / rearrange your appointment.
If you do not turn up or cancel with less than this notice you will incur a 50%-100% cancellation charge before booking in with us again.
COVID -19
Any cancellations regarding a positive COVID test within 24 hours of your appointment will require evidence of a NHS Covid -19 notification email in order to waive our cancellation policy. Failure to do so will result in the incurring a 50% -100% cancellation charge.
Please bare in mind, we need enough time to be able to fill your time slot.
